The Orders tile is the POS.

Orders — open checks

  • Start an order / open check, add items, and fire to the kitchen.
  • Split checks across a table when needed.

Open check

Take payment​

  • Cash — enter tendered, see change due.
  • Card on File — charge a guest's saved card (only enabled when the guest has a saved card).
  • Card reader (Terminal) — tap or insert a card.
  • Gift card — enter the code or scan the gift card's QR, then apply the balance.

Gift card — enter or scan

Tips, refunds & receipts​

  • Add tips / gratuity, and issue refunds from completed orders.
  • Send a receipt by email or SMS, or print it.

Payment complete — send a receipt
