Set up your wine club

Wine club lives at /admin/wine-club — tiers, members, and allocations in one place.

Plan requirement

Wine Club is available on the Growth plan and above. See Settings for plan details.

Create a tier​

Build a membership tier in the Club tier builder (/admin/wine-club/definitions/:id/builder) — bottle counts, cadence, pricing, and member benefits.

Manage members​

Open a member from the club dashboard to see three tabs — Profile, Timeline, Tier History — and take actions:

  • Pause / Resume / Cancel a membership.
  • Skip a release (or clear a skip).
  • Change Tier.
  • Add notes, or re-run dunning on a failed payment.

On the floor, look members up at /wine-club during a POS transaction.
