Reservations

The Reservations screen lists the day's bookings and lets you manage them.

Create a reservation

Tap New reservation, pick a guest (search the CRM or quick-add a new guest), set the party size, choose an open time slot on any day, and book.

Waitlist

If the time you want is full, you can add the guest to that slot's waitlist instead of dead-ending; waitlisted guests appear in a Waitlist section and can be booked when a seat frees up.

Deposit at booking

Some experiences require a deposit. When they do, the app collects it right after booking — charge now on the card reader, or send a payment link the guest completes before arrival. A manager can waive it.

Edit, check in, no-show, cancel

  • Edit / reschedule — change party size, notes, table, or move the booking to a new time or date; real availability drives the slot picker.
  • Check in / No-show / Cancel — check an arriving party into the floor queue, or mark a booking as a no-show or cancellation.
